Education
I am currently in my second year of teaching (secondary) at the University of Newcastle. I am majoring in History and undertaking a minor in Geography.
Experience
Although I have no formal tutoring experience I currently have been assisting in primary schools doing reading groups with year 1 and 2 students. I have also been on a four week prac at a high school which saw me responsible for two year 8 classes, 3 year 9 classes and two year 10 classes with all students ranging in ability. I am interested in becoming a tutor as I have a passion for helping students learn and achieve to the best of their ability.
